MY STORY
I recently graduated from SMU with honors, earning a BFA in Film and Media. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have honed my skills in editing a diverse range of projects, including an independent feature-length film, short films, PSAs, social media content on platforms like Instagram and YouTube, as well as a documentary. In addition to my editing expertise, I have sound-designed films and a video game, showcasing my versatility in post-production. My focus is primarily on post-production in film, where I excel in using industry-standard software such as Premiere Pro, Avid, and Pro Tools.
My technical proficiency extends to my role as a Digital Imaging Technician (DIT), where I gained in-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of post-production. Achieving the rank of Eagle Scout reflects my dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence.
I am passionate about storytelling and have a deep desire to help bring stories to life through the art of film. My background and experiences have equipped me with the skills and drive necessary to contribute effectively to any post-production team.

LEADERSHIP
I currently possess strong leadership qualities developed through various activities in recent years. Earning the rank of Eagle Scout, completing the national youth leadership training, and coaching a youth basketball team have all helped me display the leadership abilities necessary to carry out and complete tasks effectively. Now, as a leader on set, I work diligently to ensure that films are created with the highest quality, in a timely manner, and with cost efficiency in mind.
TEAMWORK
While I am a leader, I am also a team player. I have the ability to listen and collaborate with others to overcome obstacles that may arise. I hold teamwork in high esteem, believing that it takes many people to create a quality film.

TECHNOLOGICALLY PROFICIENT
I possess full proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Avid Media Composer, and I utilize Pro Tools for sound design. Currently, I am actively enhancing my skills in After Effects and Blender, intending to incorporate visual effects (VFX) into my repertoire for storytelling.
